Kriya Mantra

THE KRIYA MANTRA (THE MAHA MANTRA) FOR EVERYONE:
'OM Namo Bhagavate Vasu Devaya'
The surface meaning of this mantra is; 'Oh, Infinite Lord, Indweller in the hearts of all beings, unto You i turn my consciousness'
According to the Kriya yoga tradition, this is a very auspicious mantra, for it consists of twelve letters, corresponding to the measure of man. It is called the Kriya mantra, as it is the mantra that is given to kriya-jyothis and to Kriya-bans (wisdom&devotion).
The mantra is chanted: OM- Na- Mo- Bha- Ga- Ba- Te- Ba- Su- De- Ba- Ya
When chanted, this special mantra will reveal to you the universality of God-consciousness. In and through this mantra you will learn to control prana and create new states that are young, vibrant and constructive.

Secrets of Atoms

The particles we’re made of
About 99 percent of your body is made up of atoms of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen. You also contain much smaller amounts of the other elements that are essential for life.

While most of the cells in your body regenerate every seven to 15 years, many of the particles that make up those cells have actually existed for millions of millennia. The hydrogen atoms in you were produced in the big bang, and the carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms were made in burning stars. The very heavy elements in you were made in exploding stars.

The size of an atom is governed by the average location of its electrons. Nuclei are around 100,000 times smaller than the atoms they’re housed in. If the nucleus were the size of a peanut, the atom would be about the size of a baseball stadium. If we lost all the dead space inside our atoms, we would each be able to fit into a particle of lead dust, and the entire human race would fit into the volume of a sugar cube.

As you might guess, these spaced-out particles make up only a tiny portion of your mass. The protons and neutrons inside of an atom’s nucleus are each made up of three quarks. The mass of the quarks, which comes from their interaction with the Higgs field, accounts for just a few percent of the mass of a proton or neutron. Gluons, carriers of the strong nuclear force that holds these quarks together, are completely massless.

If your mass doesn’t come from the masses of these particles, where does it come from? Energy. Scientists believe that almost all of your body’s mass comes from the kinetic energy of the quarks and the binding energy of the gluons.

The particles we make
Your body is a small-scale mine of radioactive particles. You receive an annual 40-millirem dose from the natural radioactivity originating inside of you. That’s the same amount of radiation you’d be exposed to from having four chest X-rays. Your radiation dose level can go up by one or two millirem for every eight hours you spend sleeping next to your similarly radioactive loved one.

You emit radiation because many of the foods you eat, the beverages you drink and even the air you breathe contain radionuclides such as Potassium-40 and Carbon-14. They are incorporated into your molecules and eventually decay and produce radiation in your body.

When Potassium-40 decays, it releases a positron, the electron’s antimatter twin, so you also contain a small amount of antimatter. The average human produces more than 4000 positrons per day, about 180 per hour. But it’s not long before these positrons bump into your electrons and annihilate into radiation in the form of gamma rays.

The particles we meet
The radioactivity born inside your body is only a fraction of the radiation you naturally (and harmlessly) come in contact with on an everyday basis. The average American receives a radiation dose of about 620 millirem every year. The food you eat, the house you live in and the rocks and soil you walk on all expose you to low levels of radioactivity. Just eating a Brazil nut or going to the dentist can up your radiation dose level by a few millirem. Smoking cigarettes can increase it up to 16,000 millirem.

Cosmic rays, high-energy radiation from outer space, constantly smack into our atmosphere. There, they collide with other nuclei and produce mesons, many of which decay into particles such as muons and neutrinos. All of these shower down on the surface of the Earth and pass through you at a rate of about 10 per second. They add about 27 millirem to your yearly dose of radiation. These cosmic particles can sometimes disrupt our genetics, causing subtle mutations, and may be a contributing factor in evolution.

In addition to bombarding us with photons that dictate the way we see the world around us, our sun also releases an onslaught of particles called neutrinos. Neutrinos are constant visitors in your body, zipping through at a rate of nearly 100 trillion every second. Aside from the sun, neutrinos stream out from other sources, including nuclear reactions in other stars and on our own planet.

Many neutrinos have been around since the first few seconds of the early universe, outdating even your own atoms. But these particles are so weakly interacting that they pass right through you, leaving no sign of their visit.

You are also likely facing a constant shower of particles of dark matter. Dark matter doesn’t emit, reflect or absorb light, making it quite hard to detect, yet scientists think it makes up about 80 percent of the matter in the universe.

Looking at the density of dark matter throughout the universe, scientists calculate that hundreds of thousands of these particles might be passing through you every second, colliding with your atoms about once a minute. But dark matter doesn’t interact very strongly with the matter you’re made of, so they are unlikely to have any noticeable effects on your body.

The next time you’re wondering how particle physics applies to your life, just take a look inside yourself.

Brahma Guru Vyasa Bhagawan Uniqness

Maharishi Vyasajee is the great grandson of sage Vasishta. He is the grandson of Shakti and the son of the great sage Parasara. His mother name is Satyavati. To provide importance to the preeminence of mother, and to let know the world the significance for obeying mother, by mere sight of his yogic power, three great individuals Dhritarashtra, Pandu and Vidura were born. He is the father of sage Sri Sukdeva.

Vyasa is revered as a part manifestation of God. He is known as Badrayan because his ashram (hermitage) was in Badari. He is also known as Krishna Dvaipayan because he is black in complexion and is born in an island (dvip). Arranged the Vedas after thoroughly examining them and is called Veda Vyasa. He has a boundless and fathomless ocean of knowledge.

Bhagavan Veda Vyasa established his Ashram in Shabayaparas in Badrivan. Here Nar and Narayan Rishis had performed extreme tapsaya (austerity). Veda Vyasa is immortal and eternal. He is considered Chiranjivi the one who is still living and guiding the wellbeing of his devotees. Sankaracharya had his ‘darshan’ in the house of Madan Misra. He is also considered a repository of all noble virtues.

He is the author of Brahmsutras. This scripture throws light on Parabrahm (the Unmanifested One, The Almighty One) and that is why it is called Brahmsutras. It tells us which are the ways to Self-realization. What is the relationship between the Almighty and the Sadhak (a spiritual aspirant)?
Maharishi Veda Vyasa composed Puranas and subsidiary Puranas to expound the Vedic teachings for the benefit of the lay people. The puranas are the most extensively read scriptures in India. The word purana means "portrayal of ancient times”. They are eighteen major (maha) and eighteen subsidiary (upa) puranas.

The puranas deal with mainly Vishnu, Shiva and Shakti, and respond to the diverse human temperaments and their diverse approaches to spirituality.

Veda Vyasa dictated the Mahabharata to Lord Ganesh. The Mahabharata is considered the fifth Veda because of its encyclopedic content. If any information is not in the Mahabharata, it is said, it cannot be found elsewhere. The Mahabharata pertains the lives of the Pandavas and the Kauravas.

The Mahabharata is an immeasurable treasure house of knowledge and wisdom based on ancient India’s historical, religious, ethical and philosophical insights.

The Viduraniti, Bhagavad Geeta, the Yakshaprasna and the Vishnu Sahasranama in the Mahabharata are autonomous dissertations in themselves due to the substance of the subjects dealt with in them. It is exposition of Dharma that is the underlying theme of all the episodes.

Viduraniti  - this treatise is by a close counsel Vidura to a blind king Dhritarashtra, that covers all aspects of human behavior and advice as to keep the mind cleansed of all impurities.

Yakshaprasna section, which is in the form of a dialogue between Yudhishtra and a celestial, Yaksha. Yudhishtra ‘s divine father Dharma (Yama) assumed the form of a Yaksha to test his son to throw light on workings of Dharma. At the end of their exile, four of the five Pandavas brothers who disregarded the warning given by an incorporeal voice (Yaksha), got into an enchanted pool, drank its water and fell dead. It was the turn of Yudhishtira, the symbol of virtue, to submit himself and to answer various questions to satisfy the unseen Yaksha and revive his brothers. And Yudhishtra did that by answering them correctly within the framework of Dharma.

The hymn, Vishnu Sahasranama, which comprises a selection of a thousand names of the Lord, appears in the Mahabharata. This is a hymn in praise of Lord Vishnu and the name itself specifies that a thousand names are strung together in this hymn. The Vishnusahasranama had been sung by Bhishma before Lord Krishna while awaiting his end. It provides the significance of reciting the Lord’s Names.

And how about Bhishma's answers to Yudhishtra – for example, a final question as to who is the one object which is our sole refuge, Bhishma replied that Krishna is the Lord of the universe and He is the sole refuge.

The gratitude that the world owes to Veda Vyasa is immense because he has compiled the Geeta that is the divine sayings of Lord Krishna. The Geeta is the part of the Mahabharata. It constitutes the twenty-fifth chapter of Bhishma-Parva of the Mahabharata.

Vyasajee coded the Vedas and taught them to his disciples:

Rig Veda            -   Pail
Yajur Veda         -   Vaisampayan
Sama Veda          -  Jaimini
Atharva Veda      -   Sumantu

Santana Dharma that is popularly known as Hinduism owes its rejuvenation and its buoyancy to Sage Veda Vyasa who codified its primary scripture the Vedas for preserving Dharma.
He taught Romaharshen who was ‘sut’, charioteer by birth. He imparted Yogic vision to Sanjaya who could witness the battle of the Mahabharata away from the battleground. Sanjaya also became Vyasa’s disciple.

To fathom Veda Vyasa is to study his scriptures meticulously.

Being the foremost of all sages, Vyasa has been affirmed by Lord Krishna as the same as Himself in the verse thirty-seven and chapter ten of the Geeta.

Human Spinal Spiritual Secrets

Sri Aadhi Shiva Guru Vasi yoga Trainer Dr.Suresh

The 33 segments of the Spinal Column are named JACOBS LADDER in the Bible. When Jacob climbs to the top, he is filled with God and names the place peniel. The 33 steps correspond with the 33 columns of the human spine. Hanukkah the OIL of CHRIST is a spinal fluid which rises up through Spinal Column as the Kundalini energy rises up through the 7 chakras and can reach the Pineal Gland/The Spiritual Third Eye.
When the oil reach The Place Of Skull = Golgotha, then it is crucified (to crucify means to increase in power) it remains two days and a half, (the moon's period in a sign) in the tomb (cere- bellum) and on the third day ascends to the Pineal Gland that connects the cerebellum with the Optic Thalmus, the Central Eye in the Throne of God that is the chamber overtopped by the hollow (hallowed) caused by the curve of the cerebrum (the "Most High" of the body) which is the "Temple of the Living God" and then the person achieve higher consciousness and becomes enlightenment.
The number 33 is very significant and holds a very deep esoteric; hidden meaning. Jesus was crucified at the age of 33, in 33 A.D. Jesus also performed 33 written miracles, 33 is also the number at which water boils according to the Newton scale, the Vedic Religion has 33 deities, 33 is the degree at which all points of the universe collide, The divine name Elohim appears 33 times in the opening chapter of the Genesis creation story, Islamic prayer beads are usually arranged in sets of 33, the numerical representation of the Star of David is 33, as well as Amen. In numerology 33 is a master number.

Brahma Muhurtha Uniqness

Aadhi Shiva Guru Dr.Suresh
What Is Brahma Muhurta?

What Is Brahma Muhurta ? Is Getting Up In The Brahma Muhurta As Prescribed By The Sages Beneficial For Students ?

The Brahma Muhurta period occurs 48 minutes (one nadi) before the Sunrise. The grown-ups when demand of their children to wake up in the Brahma Muhurta period to study their lessons, the children scarcely listen.

But, the fact is that, if you get up in the early morning and study your lessons, you will never forget it. All that you study in the early hours remain in your memory. An agency that conducted a study on the learning defects in the children has approved of the practice of studying in the early hours of the day.

Brahma Muhurta starts 48 minutes (one nadi) before the Sunrise. The auspicious time is named after Lord Brahma whose wife Goddess Saraswati, the deity of Learning and Arts, too is believed to start working at this time. Hence this time is called Saraswati Yama as well.
What Is Brahma Muhurta ?

A particular gland on the right side of the head when remains alert, promotes learning capacity in children. If they sit before a lighted oil lamp, for some time to begin the day, it too sharpens their memory owing to the positive energy that the rays of the oil lamps spread all around.

It is for these reasons that the ancestors advised the children to get up in the early morning and start studying before a lighted oil lamp.

Wonders of Cow Urine

Wonders Of Cow Urine.......Cow Urine Benefits

Benefits Of Drinking Cow Urine

Ayurveda refers to cow urine or gomutra as ‘Amrita’ or elixir of life. According to Panchagavya Ghrita, cow urine has medicinal properties. It is used singly or in combination with milk, curd, ghee, and cow dung to cure diseases like AIDS, cancer, edema, anemia, and diabetes.

Cow urine has been granted patents for its antibiotic, antifungal, anticancer, and bioenhancer properties. And these properties are all due to the 95% water, 2.5% urea, minerals, 24 types of salts, hormones, and 2.5% enzymes that constitute cow urine.

Since it is fortified with various salts, enzymes, and micronutrients, drinking cow urine or adding it to health drinks, teas, and concoctions gives numerous benefits.

Combats Cancer

Cow urine scavenges free radicals from  blood and combats cancer that arises due to oxidative stress. It has potent antioxidant activity and protects lymphocytes (white blood cells) from death. This activity boosts  immunity and protects  cellular DNA from further damage, retarding the growth or spread of cancer.Due to its anti-inflammatory property, cow urine can reduce pain, inflammation, swelling, irritation, and associated symptoms to improve the quality of life of people with cancer.

Manages Diabetes and Insulin Sensitivity

Cow urine contains volatile fatty acids that act as antioxidants. These compounds, along with vitamins, regulate the blood glucose levels.Diabetic patients showed increased insulin sensitivity, lower blood glucose levels, and active antioxidant enzyme levels on taking cow urine for 28 days.

Hypolipidemic And Hepatoprotective Effects

Biochemical analysis of cow urine showed it contained many constituents like ‎copper,  urokinase, nitrogen, uric acid, hippuric acid, and phosphate. When used for 30 days, these biochemical constituents in cow urine bring down the serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels. This way, it prevents lipid peroxidation protects liver from inflammation and diseases like cirrhosis and hepatitis.

Regulates Thyroid And Iodine Deficiency

Iodine is essential to produce thyroid hormones such as triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4).Cow urine has 79 to 94 mcg/l of iodine, which is sufficient for the human body. What’s even better is the iodine from cow urine gets quickly absorbed from the GI tract.

 Anti-urolithiatic And Diuretic Effects

Cow urine is an excellent detox drink because it flushes out all the chemical and physical toxic residues lingering in blood and organs.

gavyam pavitram ca rasayanam ca pathyam ca hrdyam balam buddhi syata
aayuh pradam rakt vikar hari tridosh hridrog vishapaham syata

Meaning: Cow urine panchgavya is great elixir, proper diet, pleasing to heart, giver of mental and physical strength, enhances longevity. It balances bile, mucous and airs. Remover of heart diseases and effect of poison.

Today many AIDS patients are taking cow urine therapy. People who were suffering with migraine and headache for the past 15 years have recovered within six months of taking this therapy. Whether it is the question of relieving tension or improving the memory power. In the past few years the Cow Urine Treatment and Research Center, Indore has treated one and half lakhs of people. Out of the total patients 85 to 90 percent were patients of constipation there is an old saying that if the stomach is clean half of the diseases get cured automatically. The patient taking cow urine therapy says that he is enjoying sound health and passing bowels easily within one month of this therapy.

Cow urine has amazing germicidal power to kill varieties of germs. All germ generated diseases are thus destroyed.
According to Ayurveda the cause of all diseases is the imbalance in three faults (tri-dosas) i.e. mucous, bile and air. Cow urine balances the tri-dosas, thus diseases are cured.
Cow urine corrects functioning of liver. So, liver makes healthy pure blood. It gives disease resistance power to the body.
There are some micro nutrients in our body, which give life strength. These micro nutrients are flushed out through urine. Therefore gradually ageing steps in our body. Cow urine has all elements, which compensate for deficiency of nutrients in our body, which are required for healthy life. Thus Cow urine stops ageing process. So it is called an elixir and also life giving.
Cow urine contains many minerals especially Copper, gold salts, etc. It compensates for bodily mineral deficiency. Presence of gold salts protects body against diseases.
Mental tension hurts nervous system. Cow urine is called medhya and hradya, which means it, gives strength to brain and heart. Thus cow urine protects heart and brain from damages caused by mental tension and protects these organs from disorders and diseases.
Excessive use of any medicine leaves some residue in our body. This residue causes diseases. Cow urine destroys the poisonous effects of residues and makes body disease free.
Electric currents (rays) which are present in the environment keep our body healthy. These rays in form of extremely small currents enter our body through Copper in our body. We get Copper from cow urine. To attract these electric waves is quality of Copper. Thus we become healthy.
By acting against the voice of soul (immoral & sinful action), the heart and mind become narrow minded. Due to this the functioning of body is effected and causes diseases. Cow urine provides mode of goodness. Thus helps us to perform correct activities by mind. Thus protects from diseases.
In scriptures some diseases are said to be due to sinful actions performed in previous lives which we have to bear. Ganga resides in cow urine. Ganga is destroyer of sins, thus cow urine destroys such previous sins and so diseases are cured.
The diseases caused by entrance of ghosts in body are cured by intake of cow urine. The Master of ghosts is Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva holds Ganga on his head. Ganga is in cow urine also. Thus by taking cow urine, the ghosts get to see Ganga over their master’s head. So they are calmed and become peaceful. So they do not trouble the body. Thus, diseases caused by entrance of ghosts are also destroyed.
By regularly taking cow urine before sickness, we get so much immunity that any attack of diseases is repulsed.
Cow urine being miraculous poison destroyer, destroys the disease caused by poison (Toxin). Extremely dangerous chemicals are purified by cow urine. Cow urine provides immunity power by increasing resistance power against diseases in human body. It is anti toxin.
“Sarve rogaah hi mandagnau” All diseases begin with mandagni (Low fire i.e. digestive capacity). If fire is strong, diseases won’t occur. Cow urine keeps the fire strong.

Spiritual Things To Do On Thursday .

Thursday is considered to be a special day in Hinduism. It is a weekday that is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu is on of the Tridev who is also known as the preserver of the universe. Thursday or Guruvar is commonly called as Vrihaspativar as it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Lord Brihaspati (Guru of Gods). Lord Vishnu is a human body with four arms. The idol wears an embellished crown and carries a conch (shankh), a mace (gada), and discus (chakra). In Hinduism, yellow is a sacred colour that represents knowledge and learning. Goddess Lakshmi is the wife of this omnipresent Lord and is the Goddess of wealth. So, to bring wealth and prosperity in the house, many Hindu believers worship both Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi on Thursday and Friday respectively. Spiritual side of the coin:

The betel leaf is a symbol of freshness and prosperity. According to Skanda Purana, the betel leaf was obtained by the gods during the churning of the ocean for the nectar. The main reason that it is used in pujas, however, is that Hindus believe that different deities reside in the betel leaf.
Thus:

Indra and Shukra are present in the top portion of the leaf
Goddess Saraswati resides in the middle part
Goddess Mahalakshmi resides in the lower tip
Jyesta Lakshmi resides in the part that connects the betel leaf to the stem
Lord Vishnu resides inside the leaf
Lord Shiva and Kamdev reside on the outside of the leaf
Goddess Parvati and Mangalya Devi live on the left side
Mother Earth or Bhoomidevi lives on the right side
Lord Suryanarayana is there throughout the leaf

The betel leaf is also one of the items in ashtamangalya (flowers, mangala ashtaka [rice colored with turmeric], fruits, mirror, dhoti, betel leaf and betel nut, lamp and kumkum and kajal [or kanmashi, a black ointment used to highlight the eyes]).
Betel leaves with holes, betel leaves that are dry and ones that are torn in the middle are not utilized in pujas. In south India, dakshina to priests and elders are given by keeping betel nut and a coin in the betel leaf. All pujas contain betel leaves and betel nuts.
Betel leaves are also used to adorn the mouth of the kalash pot because it purifies the water.

Health reasons: According to Sushrata, the greatest of ancient Indian medicine men and the world’s first-ever surgeon, the betel leaf preparation keeps the mouth clean, strengthens the voice, tongue and teeth and guards against diseases. It is also said to aid in digestion (saliva produced due to the chewing of the betel leaf helps in the digestion process of our body). The alkaline in the saliva helps in reducing the spread of cancer. Science has proved that cancer cells die when kept in an alkaline solution.
The betel leaf contains a little bit of betel-oil (it is a volatile oil). It generates the spice and the taste that you feel when you chew the betel leaf. In ancient literature, this has been documented. It destroys foul odor too.
By itself, the betel leaf is a powerhouse of vitamin A and C. Further, it also contains plenty of calcium which reduces or even prevents osteoporosis.
The other ingredients used along with betel leaf are very useful too. Fennel and betel nut help speed up digestion. Nutmeg dries up the mucous. Kattha also helps in drying up the mucous. The betel leaf is also a great blood thinner. And cardamom and cloves help in reducing gas and acidity. Kattha and betel present in paan help all those suffering from cold and cough by controlling mucous production.
